What Would Genghis Khan Do?
By Donald K. Allen, MS, DVM,

If the Great and Glorious Genghis Khan were alive today, and he still wanted to control the earth, what would he do to defeat the last superpower in the world? To invade would be extremely costly in lives, fortune, and time. Instead, his advisors would probably suggest that he destroy the country in another manner. He could defeat this superpower and bring it to its knees by depleting its economy to the point where it could not afford to defend itself or respond to any threat. He would drain its coffers dry.
Today we have an administration that is doing just that. It is setting the stage for the conquest of the United States of America by turning “The Arsenal of Democracy” into a pauper nation. The two greatest drains on our economy are continuing unchecked – the “greatest flow of wealth” to the Middle East to purchase oil, and the ever-increasing imbalance of trade with China that has already wiped out our manufacturing base.
Instead of forging ahead to make us independent of foreign oil by drilling everywhere we can domestically, our President is focusing entirely on “green energy development,” even though it will take at least a generation or two (20 to 50 years) to convert our vehicles to other fuels. Petroleum products will always be required on this planet in the form of lubricants, fuel, and to make plastics and chemicals. We have enough oil reserves in this country to get us through the transition to other forms of energy, we only need to drill for it.
Instead of reducing the imbalance of trade with China, our Secretary of State just assured them that the burgeoning trade will continue to grow as long as China continues to buy our Treasury Bills and help us increase our debt. China wants to increase the exportation of more food items to the USA, even though the risk of that food being contaminated with heavy metals, pesticides, and other harmful chemicals is tremendous. Thus far we have limited trade in foods, but this administration will certainly open that floodgate. Sixty percent of the apple juice in this country now comes from China. What is the main ingredient in our kids’ juice drinks? Remember, we are only able to check 0.6 percent of the foods coming into this country. Less than one percent!!!
Yes, Genghis Khan has his man in place, and before long this country will be bankrupt.
Then the once great United States of America will become a second-rate nation in the New World Order, ruled over by the ultra-wealthy megalomaniacs who can only be truly happy when they control everyone.
Control the economy, and you control the world. How can we the people stop this madness? First, stop believing that change is always for the good. Second, stop believing that hope is all we need to make things better. We need to turn the ship around, and that will require action:
1.) Revoke Most Favored Nation status from China. China never deserved it to begin with, but China bought MFN through financial influence and campaign donations, lobbying, and deals with American mega-retailers.
2.) Maximize oil production in this country NOW. Drill wherever oil can be found in this country and in its territorial waters. The transition away from oil will never occur if we become a pauper nation, because alternative power is initially even more expensive than oil. Build more nuclear plants to provide the electricity we will need for electric cars, and use the enormous stores of coal that we have in our own back yard. Coal-fired power plants and environmental protection can effectively coexist. In case you have forgotten the cycle of photosynthesis, vegetation REQUIRES CO² to live. (A truly enlightening book is Michael Crichton’s “State of Fear,” which exposes the current motivations of environmental organizations.)
3.) Eliminate the Federal Reserve System. It is the cause of constant inflation and devaluation of the dollar. Return to a gold/silver-backed currency for stability, trust, and financial crisis prevention.
Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Three steps to stop the hemorrhage of our wealth and return us to a growing economy. How can borrowing more money (trillions!!) make a debtor better off? Common sense tells you it can’t possibly do that. Common sense tells you that if you move your manufacturing base to another country, you will lose and they will win economically. Common sense tells you that if you are paying someone else a premium for oil when you have plenty in your own back yard, you are a fool.
Oh, by the way, in order to speed up our riches-to-rags process President Obama is DOUBLING foreign aid. That’s right, let’s give away even more money that we don’t have! It looks like we will all live to see the bankruptcy of the USA, and our children and grandchildren will live in a poor society. Let us pray to God that His Divine protection of this great Nation will intervene in some manner to prevent this process from continuing. end
