I bet leaders of Russia, North Korea, and other countries are laughing their heads at Americans who really thought we were free to vote for whom we wanted to or to participate in the political process the true blue American Way. I have news for us all. Our political process is not that different from the dictatorships of the world. The only difference is we give the illusion that our process is really free as long as we meet the qualifications.

We all fell for the joke hook line and sinker,  until some of  us saw there were problems that needed to be taken care and weren't. 

The national news was wearing two faces/ They kept crying about wanting to see other valid Presidential Candidates and asking where we were and everytime we told them we were here and we have some answers to the questions they have, they ignored us, because we didn’t have name recognition, or Multimillionaires, or some clown that they didn’t believe could get very far anyway.

So, we took the plunge and found out it’s a very different game than what we thought. Many of us plugged away at giving answers to everyday Americans problems, and we know them because we are Middle Americans like most of our country is.

Joy Behar Filling In For Larry King Live on Proposition 8

I’m glad (gay in the original sense of the word) that Proposition 8 passed. I’m not phobic about it. I really hope CNN’s Larry King’s show re-airs the show about proposition 8. People were saying that they couldn’t understand why the people who voted for Obama (meaning Black and Brown people ) would pass prop 8.  There are people who voted for Obama who have family values and principles and they voted for prop 8 because of them.

Joy Behar was the fill-in host for the evening and she had to make her claim to fame by saying she is against Proposition 8. There was an actress from Sex in the City who is Lesbian who made a very good statement that should be paid close attention to. She said (paraphrased) that although Proposition 8 did pass this time, that in 2000 it passed by 22 percent and this time passed by 4 percent, so they are going to put it back on the ballots until it doesn’t pass. In other words, your vote doesn’t count unless it’s what they think should count.

What that means is that the people who spoke and passed proposition 8 don’t matter and their voice doesn’t mean anything. There were two ministers on the show in what they  called giving equal time to where one of the Ministers said that the hypocrites in the homosexual movement are racist against Blacks who are Homosexual. I know that to be true and they are against anyone who tells them something different than what they want to hear. I know first hand on the streets of Hollywood when homosexuals would try to pick up on my husband while I was walking besides him how disrespectful they can be.

I know that during the Rodney King beating Town Hall meetings in which Steve and I attended and spoke in front of, when we tried to speak to the Homosexuals who were there they completely acted as if we weren’t even there. I know when Steve and I attended a Multiracial Conference with Multiracial Leaders in Chicago, they (meaning the homosexuals that were there )were infuriated that we were eating in their club or restaurant and they had a look of distain on their faces. They can whine all they want. If they want to get right down to the nitty gritty, then I’m here. Keith Olbermann MSNBC, Ellen Degeneres and Rachel Maddow of MSNBC (all of whom I like) Oppose Proposition 8 But Are Afraid To Talk To Me.  I Have A Message For Them Anyway

First, I thought we were supposed to be concerned about our country’s economy, getting our people back to work and providing for the men and women who fight for our country everyday and their families. We allow nuts against proposition 8 to protest, protest and protest when people keep saying the same thing, Marriage is between one woman and one man., but they don’t want to hear that.

With every other Proposition that was not passed in California, the people took their losses and are starting to move on. Then I was watching MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow who wanted to know why people did not vote down proposition 8. Then her good friend who worships the ground Rachel walks on, Keith Olbermann, decided to quote a scripture (something from Matthew), trying to prove that we should not judge homosexuals. Ellen Degeneres’s people never got back to me. I think they’re scared.

I called MSNBC and Keith hasn’t gotten back to me either. I guess he’s hiding under his desk. The thing is Ellen is very smart and I like her and Rachel, and Keith but that doesn’t mean I have to approve of their life choices, just as long as we respect me and I them unless the line is crossed.

The only people who should have any special rights are people who cannot take care of themselves and the unborn. Everyone else have the same rights to do what they want even if it’s not accepted by the laws of the land (i.e., Bigamy, Polygamy, Beastiality, Pedophilia, and Homosexuality etc.), right? If Homosexuality is good then so are those. I’m an Ordained Minister and Certificated Christian Counselor and I know that many living the homosexual lifestyle know that it’s wrong, but they are selfish and want their ways. Many of them can’t even help themselves.

If it weren’t for people like Carlos Fernandez who did the research on the laws of Interracial Marriages in the country and the Lovings vs Virginia ruling, and leaders like my husband Steve and I who have been on the forefront of that issue for over 20 years, you would not even know about this.

Isn’t it funny that no one knows that Interracial Marriages are still a problem in America for mainly the news, who cannot bring themselves to call Barak Obama Biracial, or mix it with African American which he’s not, or talk about Lovings vs Virginia, but never ask Interracial Couples to come on to talk about the Interracial  issues or the ones facing Biracial Children?

Don’t forget the fact that none of these self righteous talk show hosts and news anchors don’t even know or don’t care that in case of medical emergencies like bone marrow transplant or on Birth Certificates there still is not a Multiracial Category for that.

Interracial People who are proud strong and they do what needs to be done for their families that’s why you don’t see them whining and pushing the envelope to keep gaining more and more power, to justify their means.

I heard on a radio station in Los Angeles and this man living a homosexual lifestyle said that he gets his kicks out of changing a straight married man into a homosexual. I know of a child who has two fathers in Las Vegas, who when they heard about their little boy about 5 years had a girlfriend, one of the fathers said “No Son of Mine will have a Girlfriend”.  This boy’s life is being destroyed and no one is doing anything about that. What do you say about that?

Last but not least, you want to know why Blacks voted to keep the Proposition 8 Ban in place, well let me tell you. It’s because they believe in a Higher Power than the laws of this land, and they were asked and told that their votes counted, now their vote does not count, because they voted for something that is the holy matrimony between a man and a women. Like the kosher hot dog maker says” WE HAVE TO ANSWER TO A HIGHER AUTHORITY". So do I.

I met in private Mrs. Coretta Scott King, Mrs. Mildred Lovings, and Rosa Parks. I love them and I respect their sacrifices and work, but they are wrong when and if they say that Homosexuality is a civil right. It’s not a Civil Right is an unholy act, and people can make as many laws as they want, they can have the whole world in agreement and they can enjoy the world that they are trying to destroy with the help of people like Keith Olbermann, but the end game will remain the same. Just like you discipline your children, God does the same with those who step outside of his laws. For Keith, Sodom and Gomorrah was not just a story in the Bible. It happened and it could very well happen again with the end of times destruction. Just in case you think I’m discriminating against homosexuals, there are many that I communicate with and they know that their lifestyle is wrong, but they don’t want to change it. Imagine This: Dental Bill for $11.000 if Your Salary is Less Than 50,000 A Year

I don’t care what they say, all of the AARP sponsored programs and money saving drug purchasing deals that dividedwefail.org, or wecansolveit.org, or any other group claiming they have an answer to the county’s medical problem, because they and all of their celebrity friends don’t know what’s really going on in the medical field if a family is in need of real medical health and not to mention if you need to go to the dentist. What I found out is shocking and is a serious reason why you should live a healthy life style. Obama thinks he has the answer to our medical problem, but from what the people of the country who heard about my campaign’s proposed Medical CO-OP Ownership Plan say, it will run rings around the best proposal Obama or any of his team can put together.

When I read a recent Dental Bill, I was through with the entire system of medical solutions that are getting all of the attention. How in the heck can a person making less than $100,000, go to the Dentist and pay for something their dental plan won’t even take care of? For instance the case I’m speaking of, the bill is $11,000.00 and the dental plan will only pay for $2000.00 a year, so guess who has to pay the rest?  To make matters worse, the Dental Plan won’t cover any of the cost for having to replace a cracked tooth

with a porcelain replacement, because that’s considered cosmetic surgery and they won’t cover any of that. Now imagine if you got laid off (especially in this economy), and in places if you made $100,000.00 a year, your unemployment will be dropped to maybe $400.00 a week.

Now you tell me who can survive off that? My Medical plan is a community plan and it is private, and everything is paid for from all Dental, Medical, Vision, long term, short term care and surgery. The healthy people who pay into this plan would get dividends at the end of every year and when they get sick they would be covered as well. Example: I paid into my medical plan for over 10 years. I no longer work for the company and that means I lost all of that benefit. I never had to go to the doctor, but once for a regular check up. That money I put into that plan could have helped someone else who was really sick, now compound that plan with millions of private Middle American workers and we have a thing going on. So that $11,000.00 Dental bill would have been paid. No deductibles and No Co-Pays and if you lose your job the plan will pay for you a few months, until you can get a job. Get your dignity back. When you spend all of your life working for others, you should have at least that when you get close to retirement. As a 2008 Presidential Candidate I surely would have sounded the alarm for people to get into the best medical plan in the country.

Joy behar About Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter

I have to admit I have never cared much for the commentary of Joy Behar of ABC's The View,  and I honestly change the channel when CNN's Larry King constantly has the same people (like Ms. Behar) on his show  answering questions about issues that they know nothing about, and yet those who do never get that chance to tell the American People what they know,

However in all honesty, recently on Larry King, Ms Behar- who will soon be getting married (Congratulations)- was on the mark on several matters. Larry asked her about what she thought about book peddler Ann Coulter, and Joy responded just as I had been feeling, but she added something that I thought I was being too hard about, and that was that Fox News seem to have only people on their shows who are blonds wearing their dresses (in my words) up around their neck. Also when Little Miss Ann made disgusting remarks to Ms. Walters, a co host stepped in and told Ann off and told her she had no right to speak to Ms. Walters like that, and from what I saw and heard the co host  was right.

Then Joy was asked about Rush Limbaugh, and she admitted that she used to work with Rush and he gave her a piece of (my words ) lame advise, but she did think it was disgusting that Mr. Limbaugh said he wanted President Obama to fail.

I was appalled by that too.  In times like these Rush (with his $200 million a year), needs to expand his empire and hire some of the people who are calling his show. He's so arrogant he doesn't even hear their cry for help.

I wrote about this in my new book "None of The Above" The 2008 Presidential Candidates that Americans Were Forced To Choose From, and the 120+ They Never Knew About.  In there I talk about Rush saying that he didn't think America was ready for a Black President. Well, Mr. Limbaugh, America proved you were

wrong. Instead of trying to make Obama fall, Limbaugh and everyone else who has something to offer needs to keep America on solid ground.

The other day my husband was listening to the Rush Limbaugh Show, when a woman said she and some of her entrepreneur friends will lose their business Mr. Limbaugh didn't even say, "You know that I make over 200 Million a year , so I will buy some of your products to help you stay afloat. That's what America needs."  Mr. Limbaugh's head is so high that he doesn't even know a cry for help when he hears one. After all, they are the little people who keep his show alive, but what does that matter to him? Hey Mr. Limbaugh, are you still a Member of a Country Club that does not admit Black Members?

People many people that support like our troops and other things hide behind that so they can justify their racism and other things that are not so kosher. Bottom line is Joy Behar had some more balanced things to say, now if she doesn't make the mistake to think that all Italians are good, like the Jewish people did with Mr. Maddoff, then she will be making steps in the right direction. We're Independents  in the BNJ Zone, we don't have to be Democrats or Republican, but care about  moving our country forward. We're Americans, strong and proud. Like The President said "We're Not A Blue America Or A Red America, We're The United States Of America". Ain''t That The Truth Mr. President? So let's work on being Colorblind where skin color does not matter, but character does. Good job  Joy on Larry King and again Congratulations

Think about that.

Ben Stein's Movie "Expelled", T.V.'s "Jericho" and Book Series ''Left Behind" What They have In Common

I have been mulling over and over about how to present this article to BNJ's readers, who are Independent Thinkers,because there is so much in our discussions these days about socialism, even communism. What are we going to do about it?

Is our freedom of speech a dying breed, or is it being expelled altogether? Have we been conditioned to thinkthat our courts can solve every situation including those that the judges know nothing about themselves, yetmake decisions about? The ACLU, taking matters to court, means nothing except that they got the courts to agree

with them on any subject for which they have the money to pay. Most judges may not even understandthe implications of their judgements.

I was so fed up with the absurdity of the language. I wanted to take a break. I just wanted to sit back with my husband and watch a comedy movie, but I'm more of a bio or true story person.And so we purchased the movie "Expelled" produced by actor, scientist, economist, Ben Stein. Steve (my husband)and I settled in with T.V. trays in the bedroom.

They were fired from their jobs and lost funding. I sat up straight in my bed to be sure what I had heard them say to Mr. Stein. Yes, it was true.  According to author/journalist/reporter Pamela Winnick and to paraphrase: "You can kiss your journalism career goodbye if you even interview a person who has a dissenting view or you even mention something different from Darwinism, unless of course this person is labeled a quack; then

it will get published. At least, this is the way I see it.

Darwinism was an excuse for the Nazis to exterminate the Jewish people, because they were supposed to be imperfect to the Nazi mind. Ben went on from London to France and Germany. He went to a supposed insane

asylum and interviewed a lady who was in charge of a museum that showed how the Nazis had labeled the Jews

as being ill because of their ethnicity and felt they had to be exterminated.

The bad part was when Ben asked her if she thought what the Nazis had done, was wrong. He was shocked when she didn't even flinch in her answer. After all, she was talking to a Jewish person. That's what happens when you've been brain washed.

I went back to the movie. To quote her, she said: "Those people who killed the Jews, meaning the Nazis, were

sane, because they had a purpose", in killing the Jewish people. In other words, they had the power to say who

should live or die.

In her mind, they had done nothing wrong. That's terrifying. We'd better take another look at how we exterminate

people under the label of Mercy Killings or any other 'soft' label, because eventually it could lead to the second Holocaust. Actually, what is going on, is the beginning of that.

  We popped the movie in, and after the promo, the first thing you see is Ben Stein sitting in the back row at astudent's desk asking a professor about evolution vs. creation.

The professor's hair stands on end. He doesn'tknow how to answer the question. Well, I started howling with laughter. I  then said to my husband: "Oh, this is going

to be good". Then, very quickly, it turned serious.

Ben Stein had been all over the world interviewing Ivy League scientists, professors and journalists who believein evolution (Darwinism) and those who believe in creation or Intelligent Design, which is different from creationism.Mr. Ben gave equal voice to those who were atheist, agnostic, Christian and Jewish during his research.

Did you know that even though Darwin was an atheist, that he was buried next to Sir Isaac Newton inWestminster Abbey in London--a Christian burial place.Could it be that Darwin realized there is a Creator before he died? If I didn't believe in God I surely wouldn't want to be buried in a place where the roots of creation is expressed. The controversy of his burial is another matter.

Now, what I'm about to tell you, will bring Ben Stein's movie together with that which links the T.V. show "Jericho"and "The Left Behind "Book Series.

Ben interviewed interviewed professors with impeccable records who do not believe in creation, but mentioned it,as a point of reference in their papers and speeches.

These  'prominent scientists' held respectable positions at such institutions as the Smithsonian and Cornell Univ.Their common bond was their research in which they mentioned the word creation, despite the fact that they didnot believe in it.  professors and elites, who thought their jobs were tenured, but thought that havingequal discussion about a certain topic, meant that they could agree and have opposingviews about that topic, would lead them to quickly discover that by losing their jobs andbeing blacklisted would prevent them from getting another one in a field they had worked in all their lives;

  that if they chose a taboo subject which the powers that be did not like,thenthey would be silenced--no project funding, fired and blacklisted---all because theyexpressed a dissenting view point.

The common thread here with Jericho is that in the T.V. show, the United States becamesectioned off in order to be parts of another country and the President was someone that no one had ever heard of. Those with prominent positions, lost them and powers that becould enter your house at gun point for any reason.

There was no electricity or food, unless you could sneak away to get it, and if you were caught (even if you had the money to purchase what you needed), you had to pay a price, maybe even death. If you were a proud American before, you were nothing in this new world order and whatever position you had, was lost.

Because I'm an ordained Minister and had to study about The End Times, I know that although "The Left Behind 'Series was fictional and the TV show Jericho was fictional, Ben Stein's Movie was fact. What Stein found out was in the same pattern of what" The Left behind" Book Series and "Jericho" TV Series are about.  Ben being Jewish wouldn't believe in end time prophesy I imagine, but I will try to find out and get this article to him. Anyway these others were fiction based on end of days factual prophesy. The Future and our end may possibly be nearer than we thought for Expelled is based on present-day facts, not some wild suppositions about the far future.

When this happens, we will all be on the same level and it won't matter how much money you have or how many influential friends you have. If you're the owner of a country club,or come from a family of wealth, it won't matter then. Whatever race, ethnicity, religion or anything else we are, we will all have to try to help each other survive, because the elites with a certain mind set will control this world and unless you accept their way, you won't be accepted in.

Without knowing it, I believe on a political level, what happened to those professors and scientists is what I and most  all of the lesser known Presidential Candidates went through in the 2008 elections. They tried to shut us down, but they couldn't. We just rose up in other arenas, and I hope WE, THE PEOPLE will come together to sound the alarm to others.

The media said they would publish what they thought the public should know about what we had to say. What we had to say was important but they silenced us the same way the professors and the scientists who didn't follow strict guidelines on what they could or couldn't say went through, because we didn't have the money to be all over the news,

or to have large campaigns,or big names endorse us. You didn't even know about what our positions were. Some of those suggestions could help our country get out of this mess we're in.

I commend Obama for working so fast and doing so many things, but imagine if this is it for us and this is only the beginning of the end of our world the way we know it. I don't mean to scare anyone, but I want you to be aware. Please get Ben Stein's movie "Expelled" .If you, can get the CBS episodes of "Jericho". If you want to really dive into this get the book "The late Great Planet Earth" by Hal Lindsey, so you can have food for thought.

That's why Breaking News Journal was formed. We saw another kind of  blacklist being applied for no reason. All we were/are doing is informing you the people of what we could do to bring back Middle America. Who doesn't want you to know that information? Think about it; most of us 128 President Candidates sensed something was very wrong with our Country and we wanted to fix it. The people that would put us in your living rooms kept you from knowing the entire picture so you could judge for yourself and these are the people you look at and rely on for news everyday.

Is that what you want? If you want to continue to be an Independent Thinker you need to get involved and spread the word about anything that's not controlled by a particular frame of mind. If you don't have freedom to speak your mind without getting hate mail or being called some name, then you are being disenfranchised.So, what are you going to do about that? CNN's Lou Dobbs promotes himself as an Independent Thinker, but it seems clear that he just wants to sell books and have others believe that he knows what a true Independent Thinker, Voter or Candidate he appears to be.

Fox News's Bill O'Reilly impressed me as a true Independent Thinker, Voter or Candidate, but it seems obvious too, that he just wants to promote himself and other book sellers (authors) as well. I believe he did not pick up the banner for real Independents, because they/we did not have enough name recognition or financial backing. He and Dobbs could have done that for America, but they didn't.

Now, I may have stumbled on to something. Someone I don't get a chance to see in the media anymore, because I don't get up early enough, but who has the real Independent spirit, is Joe Scarborough, former Congressman and now co-host of Morning Joe on MSNBC.  Joe knows what an Independent Thinker, Voter or Candidate really is.

He's balanced, which means that he confronts the Republicans, Democrats or Independents equally on the same issues. To paraprase, Joe recently said on the Charlie Rose show, that he expects to see an Independent Candidate in the White House soon. I think Mr. Rose must have thought Joe was speaking another language at that point---and that's the problem.

Throughout the 2008 election, something kept popping up, whenever I would get a call from the Dem. or Rep. campaigns (or those who said they were Independent of any campaign). A survey was being taken and the question was: "What party are you voting for?"  If the answer was: "I'm an Independent, and I'm voting for an Independent Candidate", then the response from the interviewer would be: "Don't you think that 's a wasted vote, because your vote won't count unless it's for one of the major parties?"

After all these years of voting, suddenly a light bulb went on for me and many others who were running for President of our great country.

Don't they get it? I told them that I'm an Independent and I'm voting for an Independent Candidate. Since I'm the Independent Candidate, then, if I can''t vote for myself, then I'm not going to vote for anyone. After months of people calling me from both parties, I realized that voting is a sham.

Everyone is running around saying that everybody should be able to vote, and that no person should be disenfranchised, yet, as Independents we cannot vote for whomever we want. That means that we are

disenfranchised; we cannot vote unless we vote for someone from the two major parties (or maybe the

Green Party, or some group that has the money to put their candidate on ballots around the country).

The Federal Elections Commission (FEC) should make sure that if a person has registered with them, that every serious Presidential Candidate should be on all the ballots across the country, so the people won't have to pick from a selected few who have the money to access ballots, but may not have what it takes to fix our country.

That's one of the main reasons Breaking News Journal LLC ( www.breakingnewsjournal.net )  was formed. In order to combat this 'political injustice', an organization, known as the Independents Coalition was also formed eight months ago. This is a viable and responsible group of lesser known Independent and 3rd Party Candidates, as well as members of the two major parties (not recognized by their own), who are invited to come together with the people of America, so they can all have a voice, and meet and communicate with others who share a positive view on bettering America.

In other words, there has been a serious double standard in our country when it comes to our vote; the Media only recognizes people who have tons of money and a famous name, no matter how they swindledAmericans to get that fortune and fame, or how many laws they broke getting to the top. The Media continues to back these people, whether they are right or wrong. If they do something wrong, as with the Clintons, the Media just talks about it, then goes on respecting and promoting them, their books and their campaigns.

Let a lesser known candidate or a citizen from Middle America try to let the people know that they have an idea America needs to know about, and if the Media doesn't deem it important, they won't give it any attention at all.  Yet they all act as if they care that your vote counts or not. They don't care; they just want to make you think they care.

BNJ and the Independents' Coalition are two different venues where the goals of Middle America can be accomplished. The Independent Thinker is not controlled by the utterances of the people they like. They scrutinize everyone, so that they can make the best choices for themselves. An Independent Voter is someone who will look at all Candidates equally and is most likely to vote for a candidate who holds to the values of which they approve. An Independent Candidate wants to make the political playing field more equitable and fair, so that the people can have a choice as to whom they would like to select as a Candidate. After all, who are we , as Americans, to try to show others the precepts of a true democracy, if we are not

portraying it properly to ourselves?  Most real Independent voters and Candidates will not fold to the right or left when the choice must be made. They stick to the person(s) that they believe will do the right thing. In any case, they are no longer forced to pick just a Democrat or just a Republican.

In May the Leaders of the Miss California Pageant had to go home with their tails in between their legs and so did some of the judges who spoke so condescendingly about Carrie PreJean. These so called moral people  are so politically correct and concerned that they may not work again in Hollywood, that they will say anything to appease the Homosexual Movement. The California Director of the Miss America Pageant seems to have resigned in shame as she blasted Carrie so badly on Showbiz tonight and  other entertainment programs and then had to eat crow at the feet of  the Donald when he had other plans.

Poor Ms. Director she realized what she'd done probably had no choice after her disgusting comments and resigned in shame on Wednesday May 13, 2008 the day of Ms. PreJean's Birthday. The only question I have for the Prejean family  is being a Christian myself is if she or her family Christians at the time of the photo taking? If so did her parents know of the photo taking by professional or friends? Will she be strongly encouraging that models don't do nude shots to move ahead in the Fashion World or better yet ask the fashion world not to require nude shots?

Other than that, I say kudos go to Maggie Gallagher and the team at National Organization On Marriage, an  organization I had never heard of until a couple of months ago. I think if you haven't checked out the National Organization on Marriage you might want to, and you may want to get involved. They have been tolerated  until the Miss USA Pageant and the debacle of Judge#8 who set Miss California Carrie PreJean up to deal with a controversy that he knew was going to draw more attention to his cause. It backfired on him though, because this media hungry hound actually thinks his opinion matters.

It doesn't. I am judging him, and I can be called whatever name a person wants to call me, but when Judge #8 (whom I refuse to use his name) said on CNN's Headline News today that the Bible was not important and that the law was more important than the Bible, I realized that this monster doesn't even appreciate that the people who formed this country were fleeing Europe because they were not free to worship God and the Bible. This country is  built on Biblical Principles (even if some they did not follow the principles themselves). Without going into a Bible Study or preaching, Judge#8 can go to Iran and live where their laws are just what he's looking for. Anyway, the people of Proposition#8 spoke their peace and the law prevailed there. The people spoke, but because it was not to the liking of people like Judge#8, they went judge-searching till they found a judge who is trying to rule Prop. 8  not valid. WELL MR. JUDGE# 8 BRING IT ON. The people of our country have been bamboozled hook, line and  sinker and they don't even know it. These thugs hooked many people by making loving people feel sorry for their cause and that's just what they wanted, so they could move into positions of power and turn the tables, which is exactly what they've done.

After Donald Trump so cleverly got out of the conversation (actually he stated how he felt in his decision, but the media was too scared to interpret it), I was taking notes from what reporters across the board were saying. CNN's reporter seemed to be confused about the entire topic, Headline News Anchor interviews Judge# 8 and gave him Kudos for keeping his stance, so I turned to MSNBC and wow if there was ever a ditz it was a lady I'd never heard of. Again and I  hope they never have her on to analyze anything else. Laura O'Donnell asked her a question. I'm sure they will keep this reporter, because she acted like she knew what she was talking about. (Laugh).

This girl, could use a swift kick in the you know where,  had the gall to say that Prejean had no right to talk about her beliefs about a subject so serious as Homosexual Marriage. The twit obviously didn't know that the conversation wouldn't have ever happened if Judge#8 wouldn't have started the controversy. 

Oh, but wait, I forgot that MSNBC is owned by Universal Studios and it's only a hop, skip and a jump from the center of where the Homosexual Movement and their sympathizers congregate. Since the homosexual movement seems to be thriving, it still does not remotely settle what the ultimate conclusion will be on the subject of homosexual marriages. There are already groups waiting for Homosexual Marriages to be approved and then they will be putting forward legislation to get Triad Marriages (Threesomes,and Plural Marriages ) legal. Oh yes Pedophile to young boys and beastiality can't be too far behind and even the nit wit on Fox News said something like she should be able to marry an animal of some kind. I think she is  the pretty blond (common for FOX News) who's the Granddaughter to Hoover, but that doesn't mean she has common sense.

I don't care how many degrees these people have, they need to stop thinking they know what they are talking about. What really took the cake for me was when I heard a person I had seen for years in Southern  California news, now with her own show on HLN Jane Valez Mitchell. Jane got belligerent calling for Carrie's Crown and her head, but after the Donald spoke she was silent. I looked for days to see what Ms. Valez Mitchell was going to say after Mr. trump gave Carrie a pass, but Valez-Mitchell was silent. If this subject ever comes up again and the people get the chance to ask her a question about Ms. California I'm sure she will try to justify her position like the others who really can't understand what happened. Mr. Donald blind-sided them all. They are too scared to go against the Donald.

To Carrie Prejean- I almost started crying myself, because you stood up and you told young people to not let people take away their beliefs and to stand up for them. For those young people who heard that, stand strong and to Carrie and Maggie Gallagher, I want you to know if you ever need me. I'm here. So I say"You GO GIRLS".

Even though many of know the Bible takes precedence over any law but out of respect for God  we obey the laws of the land  for better or for worse. These homosexual activists only feel the people's rights are important when they agree with them, and even if  don't believe in the writing of the law, we can silently not accept it,  or let our voices be heard. Like I said if I ever had to speak to Ms. Ellen Degeneres, "Just like the hotdog company says "We have to answer to a higher authority".  That's it period, end of discussion.  Furthermore I'm investigating to see if there are facts that Massachusetts caused the State to close it's Catholic Owned Foster Care System, because it refused to let homosexuals adopt children. These homosexual groups don't even care, because they are self consumed even if  the Catholic Church won't be able to place or help any Foster children in the future. A guy on a news program who is in the Homosexual Movement said they should not be able to operate if they don't accept Homosexuals Adopting children. Folks if true this is the beginning of the end of our nation, the good will go down with the bad if we don't stop this NOW!

It's not over yet and both sides are gearing up. The people spoke, but the people's voice don't count unless it's in these activists favor. This is not a Civil Rights Matter it's a Moral one. And if it's true that this country is not a Christian Nation anymore there is enough people to blame for that on all side of the spectrum.

WHO ARE THEY TRYING TO FOOL

GOP and others worried about free health carer for illegals under Obama's Health Care Reform Bill.  WHO ARE THEY TRYING TO FOOL??   Free (or almost free)  Health care has been provided to illegal aliens for at least 20 years!!   And it was the GOP that was at the helm to provide it for new arrivals to the State of California.  I know for a fact that illegals would arrive in Central California and the same day were given special treatment to receive MediCal, Food Stamps and Financial Assistance. 

I know for a fact that financial information was omitted from Social Services applications so that a pregnant woman's pre-natal, labor and delivery and postnatal care would be paid for by MediCal.  This was done so that not only would the new born baby automatically be a US Citizen but the parents would not have to use any savings they may have to pay for the medical care!   Not only that, but the high incidence of Downs Syndrome babies born to Mexican mothers over 40 years old necessitate years of medical care paid for by the taxpayers.  Although my heart goes out to these babies, the allocation of financial assistance is not there for all who need it because the requirements for legals is more rigid and investigated thoroughly. 

And it is also not easily available to others who enter the US by legal means.  I have personally been a witness to injured illegals ( from other States such as Texas) arriving at the front door of a County Hospital in Central California so that they could receive free medical care and not have to worry about residency requirements.  The fact they were receiving emergent medical care enabled them to qualify for other State Aid.  As I said this has been going on for years and many a GOP elected official has benefited from it one way or another/  But now that steps are being taken to provide medical care for ALL CITIZENS and their families (whether it is by Medical Co-Ops, a subsidy or open enrollment plan by the government; all the liars,skeptics, instigators, partakers of the surplus of the insurance companies, and plain old  b---s------ are trying to say that Obama has a hidden agenda! 

C'mon now!!!!   For once in your political, lobbyist, greedy, 'finding a loop-hole', or fraudulent lives (if the shoe fits, wear it) be for REAL and accept your role in the long existent mess and HELP CLEAN IT UP instead of blaming the current Administration for all the problems YOU CAUSED OVER THE PAST TWENTY-PLUS YEARS.Dreamed up by greedy individuals who made their millions and then got out of the business.

The Real Estate Crisis

I’ve been involved in the real estate industry from one aspect or another for almost all my working life.

In the beginning, I was a financial analyst that worked up all the projects for a very large real estate syndicator.  Most of those deals worked out well, because we were rational people who would only do deals that made rational sense.  Even before the tax laws were changed in 1986 making most tax shelter syndications obsolete we were finding it more and more difficult to do rational deals so we stopped doing them.

Then, later in the 80’s when it was almost impossible to get mortgages at any interest rate, I was responsible for getting the builder/developer involved in an exotic creation called builder backed bonds which was the beginning of the whole collateralized mortgage obligation business.  However, once again, these were real mortgages of 80% with full documentation and I sincerely doubt that many of these loans ever went bad.

Fast forward to today.  I’ve commented on the home mortgage crisis in the past and will not do so again.  If the government would get out of the way and let the system flush the toxic home deals out the market will get back to normal much sooner that it will with continued government meddling which brings me to the next real estate crisis – that of the commercial mortgage market.

Everything one reads this days in the real estate and financial press is one of doom and gloom about the commercial loan marketplace.  Yes there were some commercial buildings that should not have been built, but were because of easy credit and lax lending standards.  Those projects should fail and the investors and lenders should lose money on those deals.  You take your chances and you pay the price.

The real problem, however, is that the government has rewritten the rules of lending and that is what is causing the major part of the upcoming crisis.  Let me give you an example to try and make it clear using a somewhat simplistic example.

Let’s say you own a $100,000,000 high-rise office building and 7 years ago you put a nice, safe 80% loan on the property.  For the last 7 years, you’ve never missed a mortgage payment and the building, even though not as leased as it may have been 7 years ago, still easily makes the mortgage payments (rents have gone up in 7 years)  and is in no danger of default.  However, because of the new, tougher and sometimes irrational underwriting rules, in order to refinance the property it will require an additional $10,000,000 of equity infusion because the most loan you can get on the building in $70,000,0000.   Well you just don’t have a spare $10,000,000 sitting around and since the rules have tightened on all your other properties as well, you don’t know where you can get it so your building is in danger of default.  

So a good investment and a good loan have been changed, by government fiat, into a bad investment and a bad loan.  If this were an isolated case, no big deal, but it will be happening to hundreds and thousands of commercial properties over the next couple of years and there is no reason it should be happening.

Of course, the key is not just pointing out the problem, but also coming up with a solution and the solution is very simple. 

If a loan is performing allow it to be renewed for a minimum term of at least 5 years under the same underwriting rules originally used when the credit was first granted. 

This will immediately move a huge number of loans from the problem to good category and will take a tremendous amount of pressure off the financial system and allow it to properly deal with those loans that are truly bad.  Will this happen?  I doubt it, because it doesn’t allow the government enough chance to meddle and try to take over another part of the economy.  Should it happen, yes

Leadership, ethics, and experience are now more important than political

influence, "Trust me", and campaign promises.  

People are getting more educated and don't simply rely on the daily news for

their information. I think we will see a lot of new faces in Washington and

Madison after this next election.

The Omega Directory

Regarding the Omega Directory, July 2009 issue, page 6, the article "Are Atheists different from fundamentalist Christians?" and while consuming a pint of Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream, I noticed an article a few pages later in the same issue titled, "The centralized federal government of the U.S."

On the surface one might wonder what the two article have in common. The Atheist article asks for an explanation for the existence of the Universe and for that of the conscious. The Government article seeks to do away with a large centralized government. Since religion is merely a government of a different form, I find all three topics related.

Now all I have to do is condense my five pages of small printed notes into just a page or two for publication.

The best place to start this conversation is to fill you in a bit about who, I AM.

Religiously, I do not recognize any being in my life as a god. Therefore, there are no gods in my life. Accordingly, I do not serve any government. Although I am citizen of the USA, that government is my servant; which unfortunately needs to learn the lesson that it is the servant and not the master.

I acknowledge the provable fact that beings exist that are both larger and smaller than I AM; that beings are both stronger and weaker than I AM; more and less intelligent; present in more and less places than I AM; luckier and unluckier than I AM; as well as every imaginable other attribute there are those on both of my sides.

As for gods? By definition, a god is anything that receives worship, whether the object worshiped is aware of the reverence paid to it. Therefore, I do have to honestly acknowledge the existence of gods; for anything worship is a god (by definition). Fortunately, I do not have to acknowledge any worshiped object or being as a god that you or anyone else might acknowledge as your god.

In this respect I have to pass this along to you. These words are from my father, "I did not jack-off in a flower pot and raise a bunch of blooming idiots." I only hope I AM able to live up to his claim.

Most people consider the Universe as the all-inclusive entity to which all else belongs. Others, on the other hand, claim that it is their god that is the most inclusive. The rub with both of these thoughts is this: What happens when some existence becomes known that is outside of the known universe; or some attribute is not part of one god or another?

With both thoughts I do agree on this one point: When referring to the most inclusive entity, there can be only one. Much like the oft repeated phrase from the Highlander movies and series. For me, that ONE, is what I refer to as The Totality.

The Totality is all-inclusive. Within it resides all knowledge, all power, all presence, all existence, and all non existence. Within it, there is everything that ever did exist in the past as well as all that never did exist in the past; as well as all that does now exist and does not now exist; as well as all that ever will exist and all that never will exist in the future. The Totality was, is, and will be present in all places and in all times at the same time. Etc...

This Totality is provable as I state. For within it exists all gods and all governments.

Broadly speaking, various religious though teaches some form of -As above, so below, or -On earth as it is in heaven. Thus the introduction of governments.

As I stated earlier, religions are merely another form of government. In earthly governments, the governor often is a King, President, Dictator, or some of the many other forms. With religion, the governor in most cases is called a god: Unfortunately, in most of the modern religions, these gods are no longer visible to the people who worship them; while in the past, the gods in many cases, were merely people who either elevated themselves or were elevated by others to the status of 'god'.

Governments are the formation of groups of people who occupy certain land masses, and rarely just groups of people who do not occupy a set mass of land. In this aspect, governments are fictitious bodies as they are merely made up of the components that united to create that governmental body. Should the people of each state in the Union we call the United States of America decide to dissolve their union and each state join with a different nation, all of the parts that made the USA, the USA still exist but the USA no longer exists.

Therefore, generally speaking, bodies are fiction in that they are not real, save the union of the parts that make the body appear "real", and appear to have an existence.

If you have not already shut me off and rejected the rest of what I AM about to say, I am likely too lose a few more readers after my next statement.

There is no true existence; as all that we believe to exist is merely the union of parts that make each progressively larger body that which IT IS. It is a provable fact that all that we believe to exist as matter, we are able to infinitely able to divide. The logic behind this is that as long as there is something to divide from the beginning, one always has some something to divide; regardless of the fact one might not possess the tools to divide beyond a certain point of smallness.

As for consciousness, I have to ask you this: Do you think you would be aware of you existence had you been born without a heart and lungs? That is to ask: Would you have a consciousness had you been born dead?

I wager there are few, if any, who say yes.

We, a living humans understand to a small degree our existence and our consciousness. We almost understand as little as nothing about the awareness and consciousness of other beings, inclusive of the dirt, the rocks and the air. Consciousness is merely the act of being -self-aware (aware of one's own self).

As humans, we think ourselves so much greater advanced than all the animals we know of. Considerably more advanced to plants than animals. Even more so advanced to dirt than to plants; etc. in the regress through atoms, parts of atoms, etc.

In the realization that our awareness and consciousness as a human becomes solely dependent upon the Union of our parts, which is part human, part animal, part plant, part dirt, part atomic, part sub-atomic, etc., only then are we able to understand that we, as well as every other "being" is nothing but the Union of their parts. When each of us understands this simple fact, we as humans might actually move to the fulfillment of being a Human Race; not merely parts of disassociated organs of an unorganized body.

You see, our consciousness is noting more than the accumulation and sum of our parts as they exist at any given moment; the same as the consciousness of a nation exists at any given moment because of the sum of its parts.

So, you see? The universe, our governments, and our consciousness are parts of the ONE Totality. The level of awareness of each of us depends upon the union to which each is aware that it belongs.

Subject: Constitutional Qualifications of President and Presidential Candidates

Dear Clerk of Court:

As a concerned citizen, after hearing rumors that Mr. Obama might not be a USA Citizen born on USA soil, I called the Federal Election Commission (FEC), who directed me to United States Election Assistance, who sent me to my Congressional Representatives. From the office of my Congresswoman, I learned that Congress has no authority to verify the Constitutional Requirements for the office of President of the United States: Specifically, a US born citizen, age of 35, and lived the 14 years prior to the election within the USA. Congress seems to leave this very important task up to the political parties. They also informed me that several cases came before this Court and were denied without a finding. Unfortunately, the Congressional office did not know who brought the cases; and when I called the US Supreme Court office, the person I spoke with could not provide a specific case number for me to reference here.

I suggested to the staff of my Congresswoman that Congress designate the FEC be responsible for verifying and publishing the three Constitutional requirements along with the financial information for all Presidential Candidates. However, that does not resolve the present question.

Grave danger to the Rule of Law within the USA happens when the People no longer have  recourse to ensure that their President is a born citizen of the USA, as our Constitution -the Supreme Law of the Land so dictates. If that which is our Supreme Law means nothing to our politicians and our government, how much greater damage should the People expect from their politicians?

The Founding Charter for these United States of America, popularly known as The Declaration of Independence, should serve to remind our Government, of the end result when governments, for a long time abuse the Rights of the People.

Justices: It is wholly within your powers and authority to demand from the person now holding the title of President of the United States, that he present to this Court the documents that prove that hes was indeed born on the soil of the United States of America. I understand that Congress has the sole power to try impeachments: However, if a President is not Constitutionally Qualified , as the People originally established with the Constitution, this Court, according to US Constitution, Article 3, Section 3, Paragraph 1, may try the President for treason against the People of the USA for the act of declaring war against the People of the USA who live by The Law of the Land, which is the United States of America.

When the People of the USA come to realize that our laws have no meaning, where our politicians are not bound by our laws that govern then, and that money really does buy our politicians, such actions, whether true or merely perceived as true endanger the very purpose our Founder created our Constitution. That Preamble explains that such open disregard for our Constitution jeopardizes our very Union, destroys Justice within the USA, endangers our domestic Tranquility, our government will no longer be able to provide for our common defense, unable to promote the general Welfare of our great nation, and worst of all unable to secure the Blessing of Liberty for ourselves let alone our Posterity.

Justices: You have it within your power to silence the doubts by requesting appropriate verifiable documentation be presented to this Court to prove Mr. Obama is a USA Citizen born on USA soil. Or, in the worst case situation; should such documentation not be available; this Court, either with or without the consent of Congress may legally remove Mr. Obama from office, allowing Mr. Bidden to resume the office of President until this Court Order a new election.

The Election is a couple of days away and before it all happens,                                                         I had a couple of thoughts to share with you.Exactly 232 years ago, Thomas Jefferson drafted a document which should be our map and guide today. It was a symbol of Liberty, an enduring monument to self-evident truths. It was the Declaration of Independence of July 4th, 1776.And then James Madison wrote the Constitution and the Bill of Rights in 1787. Another map and guide.As I travelled around the country, so many wonderful Americans asked me (if I should get to the White House),"Please, Mr. Smith, let's revisit the Constitution---that's how you can get this country back on the right track."Comments like that spurred me on.

Sitting in a tavern, our forefathers were spurred on by the excitement of founding a new country, a free and dynamic placethat would become the greatest nation on earth in so short a time, barely 7 generations.Though somewhat disjointed at first, we eight humble candidates are like them. We have visions and ideas to makeAmerica better, socially, economically and politically. We are special. Like the forefathers, we have sacrificed time, money,family and reputations in order to be heard. We may have been ignored by the media, but we have formed a coalitionof men and woman who care very deeply for our country. Each of us has a particular gift to give. Together, we are a force.We are good, decent, honest and dedicated. If somehow, chosen by referendum or plurality acclamation, then we could serveour country as the executive branch. Ruth---the corner office is mine. We are not sure of the outcome next week, but it might (might not) get very ugly. Deep down, we believe that the Americanpeople want another choice, even at this late date. If given the chance, we could offer them a coalition government.Far fetched? Maybe. Quorum: a minimum number or a fixed percentage of people required to hold a meeting or to decide an issue.

This past election/voting cycle, Arizona Prop 105 was "Majority Rule" with a twist. The prop twist was such as I suggested some time ago in my campaign in the 2008 Presidential Race; literally all registered voters' votes count whether they cast a ballot or not. All those who did not cast a ballot would automatically be counted as being opposed to future propositions; in effect, the registered voters who did not cast a ballot would be counted as favoring the present situation.

Prop 105 seemed to have just the smallest little loophole you could pilot the Space Shuttle through.  Since the wording was such that  all registered voters who do not cast a ballot would count as a "NO" vote,  it produced ambiguity and a potential danger. Politicians know that less than half the People who register to vote actually get out to vote. The danger is that politicians then word every proposal in such a manner as they desire to acquire the most "NO" votes.

In a lengthy several part discussion I had with a few people I work for here in Willcox, AZ, each of us desired the same objective, though each of us saw differing problems with each others reasoning. At first, I did not see the potential for re-wording a proposition so that a "NO" could actually pass or reject any given proposition.

Though I knew this could happen, I needed the reminder. I saw the danger and damage our present system created, it was not as clear to the others. None of us wanted a small minority of people to decide for the majority, which is our present system.  For example,  in a community with 1,000 eligible voters, 25 show up to cast a ballot, and only 15 vote "YES" and 10 vote "NO".   The proposition still passes, and vice-a-versa.

The Solution we agreed to was simple. Our Founding ancestors almost included it in the Constitution of the United States when they formed the National Legislative Branch. The concept they hinted at, but did not quite include in the Constitution, was that of the Quorum.

The concept of the quorum is unbelievably simple. Each level of government decides what constitutes the official quorum. For example: The members of each town decides for themselves their quorum criteria; The members of each county then decide upon county quorum criteria; Etc. Then it is the majority of each quorum that passes each proposition, law, or program. Without the required quorum, there is no change from whatever presently exists.

The incredible news coming out of the State of Illinois about the Governor, Rod Blagojevich, is causing all sorts of consternation from politicians and news media types.  Nearly everyone is putting on the “This is terrible, how could it happen?” face to let ‘we the people’ know how outraged they all are.  Of course they should be outraged, but they will not answer their own question.  To do so would tell everyone that this is not an isolated problem.

This corruption happens regularly at all levels of government.  The self-righteous Democrats, who correctly identified numerous corruption situations involving Republicans and campaigned on cleaning up government in the 2006 elections, have to now admit that they are equally corrupt  This is the second Democrat Governor to go down in flames this year along with the Democrat’s share of congressmen. 

Therefore, fact that the two parties have become so corrupt is not the issue that should surprise us.  What is important and unanswered by the elites is the question stated above, “How could this happen?”.   The answer to that question is simple.  The two major parties have engineered the election process to assure themselves continued power.  The combined DEM/GOP/MSM propaganda machines have perpetuated the big lie that there is no other choice, nowhere else to go, that the people must be satisfied with the lesser of two evils each election cycle. 

Since the elites who control both parties have secured for themselves a virtual lock on power, they no longer fear the people.  They routinely violate the Constitution, only bringing it out for appropriate TV sound-bites. They are convinced of their own invulnerability and they pursue their own agenda unafraid of being held accountable. If we truly care about the direction of this nation and constitutional self government, we are going to have to change how we think.  We can no longer accept the elite’s argument that only they have the necessary wisdom, knowledge, and experience to govern.  That is not true in any sense.  We are the rightful owners of this great nation and recipients of a birthright from the founders.  We have the natural ability to govern ourselves, and the people we elect to office are merely hired hands signed on to run the family business, a.k.a. the United States of America.  The elites however, have turned that idea completely around. 

Most of us would not tolerate only two choices when we shop for a TV or a car or our favorite beer.  Yet, when it comes to the managing of the nation’s affairs, we follow along with the idea that there are only two choices.  How crazy is that?  The time has come for us to actually vote for those who will represent the people first, and stand for the principles of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.  We must be willing to have the faith and courage to do that, or we will be surrendering ever more of our precious freedoms to an elite group of individuals whose only concern is their own self aggrandizement and wealth.

The two major parties have perfected partisanship to an art form, relegating leadership to the back burner.  They are serving for power, not the needs of the nation and the people.  Unless and until we begin to take charge by rejecting the elites in the election of 2010 and voting for independents and third party candidates who will put the nation and its people first, we will not be able to reclaim the inheritance that they have stolen from us!  The Democrat and Republican parties will not change their ways, they are incapable of doing so.  It is up to us to reassert our authority.  If we do not do that, who will?

Consider this quote from one of our greatest patriots, Thomas Jefferson.

“The issue today is the same as it has been throughout all history,

whether man shall govern himself or be ruled by a small elite.”

There is a choice.  The question is, what will you choose?

Even a lost election is not a wakeup call for them, they simply believe that they will win the next one and that the sheep will return to the fold.  What is happening is that power is now concentrated solely in the hands of the elites in the Democrat and Republican parties, and the MSM willfully goes along because they too share in that power.



               Oakland Outrage

This past week in Oakland, the tragic shooting of a young black man by a transit police officer has rallied the black community.  Unfortunately, although there is certainly a case to be made about the careless attitude of the police, the accompanying rioting does not help the situation.  What is needed is a thorough investigation of exactly what happened, and the appropriate actions taken to ensure that justice is done.  While a video shows a clear act by the officer, guilt cannot be applied until all the facts are explored and the case made.

  There is however, a much more important aspect to this case than might be readily apparent.  Some newscasts seen on TV showed a woman vociferously decrying this terrible incident and screaming at unseen authorities. What this woman was saying was, to paraphrase, that this incident must not be swept under the rug and that the powers that be will be held accountable (italics mine)!  A number of news people and talking heads worried aloud whether or not this was a threat to the safety of public officials.  Cable news host Bill O'Reilly commented that this anger at public officials was uncalled for and that the people of Oakland should see this through to its proper legal conclusion.

  Well, Mr. O'Reilly may be correct about seeing this through in all of its legal aspects, but as part of the elite media, he misses the point.  The outrage of this unidentified woman is not incorrect although she also may have missed the point here.  The truth is that these incidents are the result of concentrated power in the hands of the two major parties.

  The two corrupt parties control all politics from the federal level to the local level. At every turn, Democrats and Republicans hold the offices, the purse strings, and the power.  Since they have managed to dupe the people into voting the lesser of two evils in every election, they have in effect, given us more evil.  This virtual lock on power has generated the extreme partisanship that has taken over our political system.  In this atmosphere, leadership has been totally disregarded for winning at the ballot box. This winning at all costs has given us ineffective legislation, pork barrel spending and an entitlement mentality, and in the end, incompetent government unable to deal properly with the issues the nation faces.

  Incidents like this one in Oakland come about because the "leadership" of the state and city are beholden to special interests and subscribe to political correctness when creating legislation.  Criminal gangs run rampant in Oakland, but the city officials who are part of the corrupt two party system are never held accountable.

They are assured continued power because we the people keep electing the same individuals from the same two parties. 

  Perhaps the outrage expressed by this woman mentioned above will translate into removing some officials from office, but that is not a solution, only a treatment of the symptoms.  It is time we recognize the truth that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.  The immense accrual of power by the two major parties has generated corruption that cannot be changed by the offending two parties. As long as we entrust the future to them, we will only get more of the same.  Doing the same thing and then expecting a different result was defined as insanity by Albert Einstein, yet, this is what we continue to do every election cycle.  Is it any wonder then, that we have an out of control, insane government that is furthering an out of control and insane society?

  We the people are the rightful owners of this great nation.  We received from the founding fathers a birthright of freedom and it is up to us to keep it.  In that regard, we elect individuals to manage the nation, which is kind of like a family business.  Sadly, the managers have stolen this inheritance from us and proceed to do everything they can to keep themselves in power.  There will not and cannot be any change in that until we rise up and reclaim that inheritance.  The only way to do that is to reject the elites and the propaganda of the DEM/GOP/MSM political machines.

  It is simply not true that only they, the elites of the two parties, have the necessary knowledge, wisdom, and experience to govern.  In fact, looking at the results of the last 50 years or so, the exact opposite is true.  Career politicians and the two major parties have squandered our national resources, destroyed our pre-eminent educational system, subverted our national sovereignty, put us at risk to the international cartels that control the world's energy supplies, have mismanaged the finances of the nation that may well cause a worldwide depression, and finally, mortgaged the economic future of our children and grandchildren.

It is time we ask ourselves how much more of this we will tolerate?  How many more elections will be the lesser of two evils?  When will we reverse course, find some courage, exercise some faith in ourselves, and vote for and elect Independent and Third Party candidates who will put the needs of the nation above partisanship, re-election, and power?  It is up to us to restore Constitutional self government.  No one else will do it for us. If, in the elections to come, we once again put into office the same people, the same parties, how can we ever expect anything to be different?  Really, it is that simple.  Think about it!

We all know the Republicans got handed their hat in the past election.  You may also know they were looking for the Independent vote.  What you may not know is that they are now looking for fresh new faces to reshape the party.  What you may not also know, is that only members of the county parties have voting rights on the direction of the party.  I joined my local party and was very well received at the first meeting which I attended.  I also got in a few of my points, as we prepared the legislative agenda for this year.

Comments Regarding May 11, 2009 of American Free Press, Issues 19, article titled "Secession the Ultimate State Right Under Constitution"

Could someone please explain how any State, or even City, County, or National Government, even Congress/Legislative Branch, Supreme Court/Judicial branch, President/Executive Branch obtained any rights whatsoever? You know that I do not refer to the rights that each of the individuals holding political office retain while they are not conducting official business. What you might not realize, that in the USA, no politician may exercise their individual rights in the exercise of their official duties. Though each government official has their personal opinion, it is the will of the majority of the People that each government official must exercise; even if that public will is 100% opposite the individual government official's will and desires. Any politician or government employee not able to perform the will of the People over their own desires has no right to hold that office or position.

At the most expansive, such government bodies temporarily assume specific powers or obtain specific authorities directly from the People. There are no exceptions to this rule as government acquisition happens via either of two methods: 1) The People actively and knowingly grant such powers and authority to the governing bodies; 2) People, through a lack of caring or just not knowing allow politicians to greedily assume powers and authorities they do not legally possess.

The question: How long does one have to retain something they stole before the law considers it rightly their possession?

In one instance, of squatting; where the squatter knows the land is not theirs, the squatter must remain in control and possession of that property for 20 years without ever having been asked to vacate or pay restitution or rent. If the rightful owner asks the squatter to vacate, pay restitution for goods consumed, or to pay rent, the 20-year time starts all over again. If the owner sells the property, the time starts over. If the squatter leaves and does not return for after a long period the time starts over.

Well... In politics, there is not much difference. Fortunately, elections start the clocks all over; even if the same person wins re-elections for 60 years, their term restarts once re-elected. Every election of new members in every political branch at all government levels creates a new administration.

So that leaves about the only way by which politicians acquire illegal powers and illegal authority.

That manner is via going unchallenged by the People to set brakes on the power-grabbing. When the People fail in this relatively simple task of applying the breaks, future generations then wrongly assume their politicians actually rightly and legally possess all the powers and authority they exercise.

When the People forget, politicians grab for more power. So when the article suggests that any State has any rights, I ask myself, What is the hidden agenda the writer does not want others to discover?

Though a State is merely the accumulation of the People who inhabit the specific landmass associated with that State's name; the political body (that is, the States) has no rights. Only the People of that State have the right to secede from the Union. The State; that is, the government of that State; has only the obligation to carry out the will of the People to the best of their ability.

By the way, it is not the Constitution that names the "Right of Cecession;" which is nothing less than the Right of Revolution. The Constitution at best merely makes a vague reference in Amendment 9 to such rights the People retain and to such powers and authority delegated to the governments/politicians in Amendment 10.

Previously, I mentioned something about the People forgetting. Far too many People fail to remember the Declaration of Independence --1776. The Declaration is our Nation's most important document as it is nothing less than the Founding Charter for The United States of America.

As a reminders: The USA Founding Charter clarifies that the USA; specifically all the States that make up the USA; is a sovereign nation of sovereign States. They use these words: "By the Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly Publish and Declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be, Free and Independent States; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political Connection between them and the State of Great-Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved..."

Only the People have the right, and the duty when need be, to alter, abolish, or throw off their forms of government. No politician or government agency has these rights. The Declaration of Independence states, "That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government become destructive to these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it..."

NID, NWO, TAX, & Freedom

Is an income tax synonymous with slavery?

Is a NWO (New World Order) evil?

Is a NID (National ID) good or bad?

What is freedom anyhow?

If you are one of the people who thinks that freedom in the USA as provided by the 1776 Founders allows you to anything you want to do, any time you want to do it, any place you would like, to anybody at your pleasure; you are about to get rudely awakened. Should you nit-pick the writings of only one (or perhaps several) of your favorite Founder's letters, you deliberately blind yourself to the truth.

The United States of America traditionally began on July 4, 1776. That is the commonly accepted "birth-date" of the United States of America. The Founding Charter that bears record of this event is commonly referred to as The Declaration of Independence. The courts battlefields upheld the USA Founding Charter.

Our Founders created a nation called the United States of America where the people were entitled the greatest span of liberties and freedoms imaginable, which is respectably restrained with an honorable measure of responsibility. Responsibility came about with the creation of common laws that the People collectively agreed to abide within. By collectively, I do not refer to unanimously but through majority rule.

The understanding of majority rule is simple. There are likely any issues for which the People must decide acceptable limitations. The understanding is that only in extremely rare situations will any one person or group of people be forever on the negative end of all the laws. What happens is that in creating a law, someone has to initiate the idea; others have to agree that the idea for that law is sound; then the community deliberates the value of such a law; at which time modifications and improvements are made to the idea; the community then votes to approve or abolish the idea.

It is the voting process that destroys most governments. Democracies generally fail because too many falsely see them as mob-rule; where any minority sized group might gather to decide an issue that then binds the majority of the community. This is not a Democracy, such a description best describes a Republic, Monarchy, or Oligarchy.

Democracies generally require an absolute minimum quorum in attendance before any issue may be decided. Such quorums generally require 75% of the eligible voters be in attendance; then, usually a simple majority of 50% plus one vote makes an idea enforceable upon the entire community. Democracies are direct representation, where each individual, if they want their voice heard on any issue, must be present to voice their concerns; or the system must allow for voiced opinions to be in writing or audio/video recorded.

Republics, on the other hand, are indirect representation where the citizens elect one person to act on their behalf in government issues. The gravest negative on Republics is that historically and of common practice, elected representatives voice their own will above that of the People they are sworn to represent. Frequently, elected politicians accept bribes, political leverage, blackmail, lobby and political action committee support for acting contrary to the will of the people. Republics often fail when the People elect representatives but the politicians elected fail to represent the People. In Republics, the People tend to have representatives and far to often the People fail to attain representation.

All laws reign freedom with responsibility for the community, based upon the restrictions that the community collectively allows.

Absent some well-to-do benefactor who pays for all the services that help communities operate smoothly, only a fool or an idiot expects government to operate without the assistance of tax dollars. As soon as a community enacts just one law that eventually needs enforcing, someone must eventually pay for that enforcement and for ensuring the required punishment be carried out such as the law dictates. Roads, bridges, water, and sewer among other community services tend to require even greater outlays of cash for their smooth and continued operations.

The tax-man has many faces; an employer who withholds money for federal, state, city, workers-comp insurance, and Social Security; fees paid to government agencies for the services they provide; fines paid to the courts as penalties for breaking the laws; taxes on the purchase of goods and service are called sales taxes; taxes on inheritances; morality taxes; luxury taxes; real estate taxes; and a host of others. Many times the tax-man has his hands in your pockets and you are not aware of it, because politicians so cleverly disguise the tax that even trained .

The more faces the tax-man has the more easily and likely that politicians hide the excesses for their person use and wielding political favors amongst themselves.

As for the NID, and the NWO? People ignorantly claim that an national ID is the workings of a New World Order or a One World Government.

For the sake of this article, we are completely setting aside the concept of a One World Government for the moment. I am moving you to one of two communities and I am moving into the other. I'm giving you the better deal as I move you into a community that is well know for its superb management of finances and delivery of some of the best community services known to mankind; all at unbelievably low prices. I on the other hand, move into a community I find out mismanages finances, always has to raise taxes to cove lost funds, and the services offered are some of the most expensive and poorest quality know to the human race.

Without some form of identification system, especially in your community, I am likely to traipse into your government offices and obtain all the services and products available to you and it costs me nothing. On the other hand, the more people like myself who go to your community and receive services, the higher your taxes rise. With at least a community identification system; something as simple as a community voter ID which the ton office must verify addresses and information about the individual and then the town issues the ID; and all community service providers then verify eligibility through the community database, it is much less likely I am able to steal benefits from your community.

This same concept works at the national level county, state, and national levels of government where each body of government is likely to offer certain services and products better and more efficiently than others. Is it just to penalize those good stewards of their finances and government by forcing them to reward those who for whatever reasons poorly manage their public trust? If that is the way you feel about it, you do not have much standing with me.

When entering the topic of the NWO (New World Order), I would like to simply tell those worried about the topic to get a life; if for not other reason than to tell you that NWO's constantly change hands with the election, assassination, hostile take-over, natural death, or other change of political official anywhere on planet Earth. Granted, the replacement of the mayor in your community is not likely to alter my way of life; nor mine, yours. However, that change, no matter how seemingly insignificant alters the entire position of world politics.

When you stop laughing, let me really make you cry.

Imagine the balance scales as often seen in the hands of the statue of justice being in perfect balance and representing world politics.

On one side of the scale a politician goes corrupt and acquires more power than the people authorized and the scales tip, almost unnoticed. Then several other politicians see just how much that one benefited from their power-grab and they also do the same and it is a county-wide epidemic that slowly spreads through the states until it consumes an entire nation. As other national political powers see how much money and power there is to be had, the entire world political scene has become corrupt: Thus tipping the scales to the extreme of corruption.

That scenario, in my opinion, is why so many people appear to fear, or at least resist One World Governments.

Fortunately, what happens one way might just as easily work in reverse. The People of one community take control and responsibility for their government and do a thorough cleaning and get it back to working for them. Then another, then another, then another until the people own and control an entire county, state, and nation; eventually controlling the One World Government to the benefit of the People.

The better you get to know me, the more you likely will realize that no matter how far the sales tip to either side, the People are 100% responsible. They either allow corruption through apathy, ignorance, or personal greed: Or they take control of their governments through deliberate, well organized efforts.

It is up to you the People as to whether those ho use these tools of the NID, NWO, TAX, & Freedom do so responsibly for with malice against the People.
