She has a honorary doctorate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Dr. Sarann (aka Sarah Ann) Preddy and Diana Ross are the only two women of color to hold such an honor in the state of Nevada. 90 year old Mrs. Sarann Knight Preddy is the first woman to own a Hotel in Las Vegas and the first woman in the world to hold a gaming license. The spirit of her hotel The Moulin Rouge had the spirit of Sammy Davis Jr., Nat King Cole, and Pearl Bailey, because it was the place they went because they were not allowed to mingle with the guest, eat or sleep at the hotels they performed at. Hollywood Film Production Company Marche & Williams Productions will have their film crew on location to see Mrs. Preddy receive this historic Hall of Fame Award as a part of the final clip of the feature Hollywood Movie about her life.

The Racial Harmony Hall of Fame Inductee's Lifetime Achievement "Living Legend" Award us so exclusive, the last time it was given out was in 1998. Celebrities who have so graciously accepted the Racial Harmony Hall Of Fame Awards include, Edward James Olmos, Leeza ibbons, Montel Williams, and Mrs. Mildred Lovings. celebrities to be honored in 2011 with the Racial Harmony Hall of Fame award are, Dr. Alveda King, and posthumously she will receive the honor for Dr. Martin Luther King (as a promise personally made to Mrs. Coretta Scott King), also posthumously Rev. AD King who was the brother of Drr. Martin who also was slain and found with strangulation marks around his neck in a swimming pool. Other honorees will be Roark Critchlow, best known for his role as Dr. mike Horton on "Days Of Our Lives" and on the ABC hit TV Show " "V"

 
 

We are also introducing the beginning of a legacy with the unveiling of Shannon's Eternal Flame Award in memory of 11 year old star of Disney's The Lion King on Broadway who died before Thanksgiving 2010.
