Professor Steve White Founder and CEO The Master Educator's XChange
If we don't bring our children's education up to standards to compete with other countries, they will not be able to qualify for the jobs we will need them for. That's why I started the Master Educator's XChange.
The Mission:
*To provide support for those behind in basic scholastic subjects such as Math, Science and Reading. The Master Educator has a special technique in preparing students and adults for test taking, to find out their level of needs;
*To provide the same quality education for students no matter their geographical areas and to provide a place for children of working parents, those who are dissatisfied with the public education procedures as they are, and those who want to put their children in an environment with other children in small surroundings where they can feel comfortable.
*To provide basic education for those who want to prepare for taking the GED exams. Steve has received rave reviews from adults who took his classes while he was a Adjunct Professor at The Community College of Southern Nevada.
*To match quality educators with the families with the services they need in the geographical areas that are convenient for both. Another Goal is to bring back the founding principles to our children so they can have faith in the principles of our founders and learn about all of them in the meantime.
The Master Educator's XChange is serving as an expansion of those services by matching educators with parents who have their children in the place they want their child to be educated.
The Master Educator's XChange will send its vetted/approved educators into a facility and teach a full scale class if needed as in such cases working with established organizations such as "The Commonwealth" which is a place founded by Gubernatorial Candidate Mike Montandon's wife Antoinette Montandon.
The Commonwealth's sister organization Rise provides a resource center for home schooling. It provides classes for parents as well as students. They also provide public speakers throughout their resources for those who need them;

Once a family and educator are matched and the educator and family have decided on a schedule and rates, the family must make out two checks, one to the educator with 80% of the total charge, and another check with 20% of the fee, made payable to : Steve White's Master Educators' XChange.
All educators are Independent Contractors and are responsible for their own record keeping. The Master Educator is just the avenue to connect quality educators with families.
Steve White is known as "Professor White," and is called one of America's favorite educators by parents of students and those who have taken his adult classes.
If he could. Professor Steve would teach his students for free. For over 35 years Mr. White has been an educator. Over the years while being a public educator, parents frequently requested their children be placed in his classroom. He received the same response from Adults whom Mr. White taught in Adult Education, and now with in his own business as CEO of The Master Educator.
Steve served as an Adjunct Professor for The Community College Of Southern Nevada and has over 35 years experience teaching in various settings. He specializes in grades 4-8 and has his own expert test taking technique for those seeking to learn English or complete their GED Exam.
Many have said they love taking Mr. White's classes, because of his unique relaxed style with his personal touch in teaching students in Middle School , especially in high anxiety areas such as test taking and Math. From 2001 and 2002, Mr. White received high honors from the Community College of Southern Nevada 2 years in a role as "Outstanding Educator"and honors for his work in the Los Angeles School Dist as well as former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordon.
Mr. White started The Master Educator in 2006 and is now expanding this business to bring on educators who give the same expertise in executing their learning programs. He is matching these qualified and ethical educators with families who need an educator to come to their home or facility to teach according to the needs of that family.
Mr. White wants all children to get the quality of education they deserve and wants to team up families who are homeschooling or who want to homeschool with a qualified educator on the premises with parents who desire their children have quality education, but cannot afford to take off work to educate their child.
The Master Educator's XChange will use its educators to bring all of our American History to our young (encouraging students to compare and contrast the theories of Creationism and Evolution), as well as the best in Math, Reading, Language, and Science.
We are very excited to introduce Music Classes by Ken Pettigrew Music. Music is being lost in our public education system today and we want to resstore that by bring Music Teachers together to families who want to have some form of the arts in their home.

The educators who are associated with The Master Educator's Tutoring Services have strong principles in areas of our founding principles and thefundamentals of education, and thus those educators and affiliates of the XChange must meet ethical and moral requirements and we must have access to each educators fingerprinted materials and access to their past work relationships and it will be researched and investigated.
